Dock Package

We create residential docks for durability and lifestyle. Plus our construction ensures a solid dock for longevity and stability. If you wish to expand your existing dock or design new, it is easy to create a completely customizable dock. Easy to adjust, simply choose your layout for a custom end product for a variety of use.

Included in our Standard Dock Package:

• 10′ x 20′ concrete floating dock with sealed, solid, closed-cell polystyrene foam blocks, reinforced with rebar throughout and encased in wire mesh for additional support and strength.
• Concrete dock surface with a broom finish and sealer creating a non-slip surface to ensure safety and an easy clean.

Add Upgrade Finishes:

• Stamp and/or colour dye to the concrete surface for a more decorative finish.
• 4″ x 6″ cedar wood trim
• Anchor and boat hoops.

Construction

Our 10′ x 20′ concrete docks are constructed with sealed, solid, closed-cell polystyrene foam blocks, reinforced with rebar throughout and encased in wire mesh for additional support and strength. A four-inch casing of concrete is poured around the polystyrene and evenly distributed to ensure the dock will be level followed by a vibration of the perimeter to settle the concrete. Once levelled, your choice of surface finish and sealer is applied. Upgrade to include a 4″ x 6″ cedar trim to complete your dock.

Delivery & Installation

We will work with you to accommodate your delivery and installation. Upon request, we will arrange for correct anchoring of the docks through a contracted service. Depending on your location there may be an additional fee for delivery. Our estimators will ensure it will be included in your quote if there are any additional cost.
